Working in a variety of settings Jeanne has prepared and facilitated transitions for manufacturing, service industries, and financial organizations as they move towards high performance, team based cultures. A major focus of her work involves creating a proactive, participative workforce. Jeanne provides the structure and skills needed for employees to use their initiative, assume greater accountability and find satisfaction in their work. Her work includes coaching management in the leadership style needed to support the new team based, quality focused cultures.

Helping family businesses grow and adapt to change, both within the marketplace and within the family is a major focus of Jeanne’s work. She consults with family businesses to prepare the next generation to assume leadership, work through succession planning and perform more collaboratively. Her experience includes work as a family business coach at Loyola University’s Family Business Center.
